1. What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, preferred destinations, travel dates, number of travellers, budget range and any details you choose to share about your trip. If you book with us we additionally collect passport details, insurance information and dietary or medical requirements necessary to run your safari safely.
2. How we use it
We use your information to design and price your itinerary, to communicate with you about your enquiry or booking, to make reservations with camps, parks, airlines and permit authorities on your behalf, and to meet our legal obligations as a licensed tour operator. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
To deliver your safari we share the minimum necessary details with accommodation providers, park authorities, permit offices, domestic airlines, vehicle operators and professional guides. Some of these partners are outside your country of residence, including in Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania. We never share your details for marketing purposes.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function, including a session cookie for the administrative area. If we use analytics we configure them to collect aggregate, non-identifying statistics about page usage.
5. Retention and security
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months so we can assist with repeat travel. Booking records are retained for seven years as required by tax and licensing law. Data is stored on secured systems with restricted access, and our administrative area is password protected.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it. Write to us at the office address or email below and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to our office or emailed directly to our reservations team. We treat privacy requests with the same urgency as a booking.
